This Blog series is designed to ignite your creativity by providing preparation variations with seasonal ingredients, as well as healthy alternatives to some of your favorite comfort foods.
“Healthy-ish” is a monthly series that will feature two different healthy variations of a common comfort meal. It will creatively turn a “cheat-day dish” into an everyday dish (that still tastes good!).
You can also look out for posts that highlight seasonal foods and different ways you can prepare them. I’ll choose one fruit and one vegetable each month and provide easy preparation methods for sips, snifkins, a savory, and a sweet.
While there are alot of Italian preparations, this Blog is definitely not ONLY Italian! So please feel free to make comments & share photos of your favorite variations. I would love to see your creations!
